The "Hebal Eretz" website is a website owned by Shlomi Loubton that provides a tourism and travel service throughout the country with a specialization in abseiling, cave and sinkhole trips

The person ordering on the website may perform registration and purchase operations on the website if they: have an Israeli ID card, are over 18 years old and have a valid Israeli or international Visa or IsraCard credit card issued in Israel by one of the credit card companies.

An order made by the orderer on this website constitutes his acceptance of the "Hebal Eretz" regulations.

Booking a place on Hebel Eretz trips is subject to their availability.

An order made on the website for one or more of the tourism services offered by the "Haval Eretz" company constitutes acceptance by the customer to the "Haval Eretz" terms and conditions and all the terms and conditions detailed in this document and must be read together with and as an integral part of registering for the trip.

Please note: payment and registration do not constitute confirmation that the trip is taking place. A trip leaves only when there is the required minimum number of participants.

If the trip does not take place due to a small number of registrants, we will inform you up to 3 days before the departure date for the trip.

In case of cancellation due to a small number of registrants, force majeure, weather or corona restrictions - you can get your money back or choose a new date without any additional cost.

Payment will be made by Bit, Paybox, bank transfer or cash.

It is important to know in advance:

• There is no need for prior knowledge, we are here for you: we will learn, explain and be with you throughout the trip
• If necessary, one of the tour guides can ski together with the participant who feels afraid of heights or difficulty
• If necessary, we will jump vehicles to the end of the track
• The list of personal equipment will be sent to each participant after the initial registration
• The activity is carried out in accordance with the rules and instructions of the circular of the Director General of the Ministry of Education and Culture
• The trip can change according to the instructions or discretion of the professional guide in the field

Terms of cancellation:

Cancellation 5-6 days before the trip - 50 NIS per participant.

Cancellation 3-4 days before the departure of the trip - 150 NIS per participant.

Cancellation 48 hours before departure for the trip - full cost for each participant.

The Habel Eretz website allows, according to the events schedule and the availability of the trips and at the sole discretion of Habel Eretz, the purchase of tickets for trips (rappelling trips, cave trips, sinkhole trips and more) organized by Habel Eretz and/or someone on its behalf. The purchase of the travel tickets requires prior registration by the purchaser on the site and is conditional on the existence of an event on the date and time of the company's travel schedule published on the site, and the existence of the event. After giving permission to purchase the tickets in the purchase process, a charge will be made and a purchase confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address entered by the buyer when ordering the tickets.

It is clarified that the purchase will be completed only after successful clearing of the credit card provided by the buyer at the time of making the purchase. In addition, the buyer may also receive an SMS message confirming the purchase to the mobile phone number he entered when ordering the tickets.
Habel Eretz reserves the right not to approve the purchase of the tickets by the purchaser, in any case where approval is not given for making the payment for the tickets using the means of payment provided by the purchaser, if there are no vacant seats left for the event or if the purchaser of the tickets does not meet the conditions of use, including filling out registration details full.

It will be clarified that the company has the right to cancel an event, at any moment before it takes place, for any reason, and the buyer will not have any claim or claim against the company and/or anyone on its behalf.
Entry to the event for which tickets were purchased through the website will be possible by presenting a confirmation of purchase on the mobile phone and/or presenting a printed copy of the order confirmation.
The confirmation of the order will be a reference for the purchase of the ticket(s) by the purchaser. The prices of the tickets displayed on the website are quoted in new shekels according to the legal rate at the time of purchase of the tickets.
When purchasing tickets, the buyer must provide the details of the payment method, the owner of the payment method and the means of contact with the owner of the payment method as requested when ordering the tickets

Payment can be made using credit cards as well as other means of payment which will be published on the website from time to time. The payment for the purchase of the tickets will be collected only after receiving an order confirmation. Knowingly submitting false information may amount to a criminal offense. Legal measures may be taken against those who submit false information, including claims for damages for damages caused to the company and/or anyone on its behalf due to the disruption of the sales procedures.
The company will charge or credit the means of payment provided by the buyer in accordance with the order details, and will also perform checks of the payment details, or transfer information or obtain information about the user or third parties as required from time to time and for the purpose of ordering the tickets or fulfilling the terms of use, including card number Credit, identification of the owners of the payment method and validity of the payment method.

No compensation will be given for this case.

It is not possible to change the order once it has been confirmed. At the same time, the product can be returned, in accordance with the cancellation and product return policy detailed below.

Habel Eretz specializes in abseiling and cave trips and has appropriate insurance for all the activities that the company carries out, including abseiling instruction, abseiling courses, cave trips, trips to the land of sinkholes.
At the same time, the company and/or anyone on its behalf will not be responsible for direct and/or indirect damage caused as a result of registering for trips and company activities and is not responsible for cases of damage, loss or theft of equipment during the trips or from the vehicles in the parking lots.
