Shipping policy

This English version is a translation provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version shall prevail.

Cancellation terms:

Cancellation 5–6 days before the tour – ₪50 per participant.
Cancellation 3–4 days before the tour – ₪150 per participant.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the tour – full price per participant.

Please note: payment and registration do not confirm that the tour will take place. A tour runs only once the required minimum number of participants is reached.

If the tour does not take place due to too few registrations, we will notify you up to 3 days before the departure date.

In the event of cancellation due to too few registrations, force majeure, weather or health restrictions, you can receive a refund or choose a new date at no additional cost.
